Aaron Lambert, LMFT
Owner

I'm Aaron. At a young age I suffered a great deal of trauma and felt alone and invisible to those that were supposed to love and protect me. In finding myself over these many years I resisted allowing anything to be known of my darkest parts. I even refused to do my own therapy and used secrecy and favorable personality traits to appear well-adjusted. People in my life have been hurt by my actions at times and I carried a burden of shame where I could have seen potential for growth. Sometimes in order to survive, our parts create masks to hide who we truly are from the world.

I seek to understand the stories that clients entrust to me. Through guided therapeutic intervention focused on your specific needs I will help you find yourself. If there is a topic important to you that I do not already grasp, I will research it. EMDR trained, IFS familiar, Systems-educated; I have over 20 years experience teaching, leading, counseling, and holding space when others cannot. Let me help you stand steady in your storm. Let us anchor you while you find your bearing. Give us a call, text or email. We will be here.

Sheresa Wilson, PA-C
LMHC

I'm Sheresa. My road to counseling has been long, as are most roads to worthwhile places, it seems. I first went to school to be a physician assistant, and I’ve been doing family medicine since 2008, with a particular interest in mental health and addictions. I later went back to school for mental health counseling (2018), and then again for addictions counseling (2022).
I still do some family medicine, as well as working in psychiatric emergencies, and now I’m headed back into the world of individual counseling to finish up my post-grad hours. I work with teens and adults, and I often start with DBT or parts work (IFS), although I have been trained in and use other modalities as well.
Outside of my various academic and vocational ventures, I’m mom to 4 awesome kids adopted internationally from 3 different countries. I like plants and baby goats, audiobooks and learning new things. I like talking to people, and it’s always an honor to hear their stories. I believe that not only my training but also my life experiences have prepared and enabled me to hold a safe space for a lot of what leads people to knock on doors like these. So if your road is feeling long and a you need a quiet place to rest, I hope you’ll come in and have a seat.

Lily Ganshorn, LMHCA

Hi, I’m Lily. I believe everyone deserves a space to heal and grow. Beginning counseling takes a lot of courage, so I strive to meet my clients where they are by taking a holistic, trauma-informed approach that respects you as the expert of your journey. I find value in collaboratively exploring the different parts of one’s experience and identifying the connection this may have to the past. To do this, I take a humanistic, client-focused approach, using therapeutic approaches such as Person-centered, Adlerian, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and more. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can be authentically you, feel heard, respected, and accepted, all while walking alongside you in your path to healing. My path to helping others began from both experiencing my own hardships as well as seeing the effects of hardship on others. Since then, I’ve found meaning in creating purposeful connections, self-growth, and continuous learning. I work with adults, teens, relationships/couples, and families.
If I’m not at work, I am likely spending time with my loved ones, my dog Sophie, or finding ways to embrace my creativity. I love the outdoors, coffee, and listening to music. Thanks for getting to know a bit about me, I’m hopeful to learn more about you!
Currently available on Monday to Thursday including evening hours,
at the North Office
Alison Rhinehart, MSW

Hi, I'm Alison & I'm looking forward to meeting your best self. Maybe you're reading this because you need clarity on that, & I believe that's 100% figure-outable. I love helping others. I always have. My approach is warm but direct, thoughtful, faithful, and client-focused. My goal is to help you move from exactly where you are to where you want to be in a measurable way. I will show up for you, ready to go with a positive attitude and keep you on track to move closer to your greatest success. I'm not a sit-back and hope for the best type of counselor:) So, if you're ready to do the work, I'm in!
I'm experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including complex traumas, sexual abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and grief. And if you're not quite sure what's going on but just feel "off," we can partner up on how to feel back "on." I work with both adults and teens. And I can incorporate mindfulness and grounding exercises, CBT, EMDR, and Solutions-Focused Therapies into your sessions, as well as faith-based therapies. I'm also experienced in behavioral therapy for mentally and physically disabled clients.
More about who I am? I'm a Fort Wayne native, but I've lived all over the US. I graduated with Honors from Indiana Wesleyan University's Master of Social Work Program while raising two young children. I was a counselor-in-training at Hope Alive in Fort Wayne, a non-profit, Christian-based agency that counsels the general public regardless of whether they can pay or not. I've completed EMDR trainings I & II and continue consultations on the best practices on how the brain can heal from trauma. I'm also well-versed in helping heal relationship issues.
When I'm not in session, you can find me with my family or friends, working out, organizing a gathering, reading, volunteering, eating black licorice (yep I like it!) or involved in something real estate related (I love the buying & selling process).
Available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the North Office
Ruger, Therapy Dog

Ruger is a 3 year old Great Pyrenees. He loves being petted and brushed, napping, playing in the snow, and spending time with people. He is a certified therapy dog.
Olivia Young, LMHCA

My name is Olivia and I am a licensed mental health counseling associate. I graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Masters of Education in School Counseling and I recently passed examination towards additional licensure in clinical mental health. I have years of experience providing support to children and teens in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. My ultimate goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and foster resilience. My background has given me a deep understanding of the developmental stages and life challenges that children and teens face, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and family conflict. I utilize a variety of humanistic and evidenced-based therapeutic techniques including art and play therapy, in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my dog, Moses, eating good food, traveling, thrifting, and listening to audiobooks and true crime podcasts.
Laci Johnson, LMHCA

Hi, my name is Laci. I work with adults, couples, and families through a trauma-informed lens. I am fully affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals. I utilize client-focused interventions including EMDR, parts work, somatic, and emotion-focused. If you are struggling, I will meet you where you are to support you in your journey.
I believe that all individuals are complex, ever-changing beings with innate worth and abilities to heal. Choosing to pursue counseling takes courage, especially if you’ve lacked space to process your feelings in the past. I openly welcome and accept all emotions. I hope to create a supportive environment where we can converse openly without judgment. Together, we can work towards exploring, understanding, and reprocessing experiences that have left an imprint on your life.
I chose to become a counselor because of my appreciation for cultivating deep relationships, my desire to understand and affirm others’ experiences, and my personal experiences and struggles. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me sipping on a warm beverage while playing chess, listening to music, rewatching a favorite show, or spending time with loved ones. I appreciate you getting to know me a bit more and I am excited to learn more about you.
Currently available Friday , Saturday, and Sunday at the North Office
Crystal Kish, MA

Hi, I’m Crystal! I recently completed my master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University. I am fully affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals. I prefer to work with adults, but I have a lot of experience working with teens and young adults through crisis intervention. I believe that everyone has the right to mental health care because it is just as important and their physical health. Every person is different which means that every person will adapt to counseling in their own way. I hope to create a safe and judgement free environment where everyone can be comfortable.
I am very interested in breaking the stigma on mental health in first responders. As a firefighter/Advanced EMT myself, I understand the trauma that comes with that line of work and the tole it can take not only on the body but on the mind as well. I have experienced my share of traumatic calls and have learned ways to positively cope with the things I have seen first-hand. Breaking this stigma is important to me because I have seen the lack of resources that we have as first responders and I know how hard it is to talk to someone who has never experienced the types of traumas that we have.
When I’m not working or busy with school, I enjoy weightlifting, reading, and spending time with my cats Bocephus and Wilson.
Currently available varying hours throughout the week, at the North Office
Brandan Quick, LMHCA

Hi, I’m Brandan! Every person has a unique story that brings them in for therapy; therefore, not everyone’s journey will be the same. I believe that therapy should be client-focused and the partnership between therapist and client should be collaborative. The approaches I commonly utilize are informed by Client-Centered therapies, EMDR, and Solutions-Focused therapies. Primarily, I work with adults and teens, and across all walks of life, my hope is to support you in your journey towards growth and change. I am fully affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Seeing how hardships affected many close to me, and finding meaning in providing a shoulder to lean on in difficult times, is what drew me towards the counseling field. My experiences in counseling in community mental health, private practice, and a university counseling center have provided me the privilege of working with so many across the Fort Wayne community.
When I’m not at work, I’m probably on some whimsical adventure somewhere around town with my family, my partner, or my friends. It usually involves antiquing, finding my next Lego project, or pursuing new spots for good food (always looking for new ideas).
Available on various days at the North Office
Lizzie Brown, LMHCA

My name is Lizzie and I am a licensed mental health counseling associate. I believe in the power
of personal connection and the beauty of living authentically. Vulnerability can be difficult for
most of us, and I will meet you exactly where you are in a safe, judgment-free space where I will
always show up as my genuine self. I strive to cultivate a nurturing environment where you feel
comfortable and understood as we work together to tap into your inherent emotional resilience.
My goal is to provide a warm and trusting space in which you can feel comfortable sharing your
story at your own pace, while working toward self-discovery and understanding. I have worked
with many populations, ages, and genders (LGBTQ+ affirming), both in Indiana and Colorado.
Because my clinical background includes children, teens, and adults, I have found that healthy
attachments lie at the core of our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world. I work with
people dealing with stress, past or present trauma, and life transitions. You may struggle with
self-esteem, self-harm, anxiety, depression, emotional disturbances or dissociation, or difficulties
in personal relationships. Through this person-centered and existential lens, I provide play
therapy, CBT, Adlerian, and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy. I would love to work with you
to heal trauma, find belonging, and overcome the stumbling blocks in your path toward wellness
and personal empowerment.
In my free time, you can find me in nature, likely on the highest ground I can find. I enjoy
making fairy gardens to decorate the house and spending time playing with my family and cats. I
love music and community, so am very likely at any and every concert within driving distance.
I’m looking forward to getting to know you!
